1. Introduction

Welcome to iFeeding (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the App developer ("we," "us," or "Service Provider") governing your use of this App.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please immediately stop using the App.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Tracking Features

iFeeding provides a comprehensive baby care tracking system, including:

• Feeding Logs: Record nursing sessions (left/right breast, duration) and bottle feeding (amount, type)
• Diaper Logs: Track diaper changes and stool characteristics
• Sleep Logs: Record sleep and wake times
• Weight & Growth Tracking: Log measurements and view growth trends
• Dashboard Timers: Real-time timers for nursing, sleep, and other activities
• History & Statistics: Charts, summaries, and trend analysis of all logged data
• Growth Reports (PDF): Export detailed growth reports (Premium feature)

2.2 AI-Powered Features

The App provides the following AI-powered analysis services, powered by Alibaba Cloud Bailian:

• Ingredient Analysis: Photograph a food ingredient label to receive a safety and suitability assessment for your baby
• Baby Interpreter: Record or upload a video of your baby crying to receive an emotion and needs assessment
• Poop Analysis: Upload a photo of your baby's stool to receive a health status assessment and care recommendations
• Parenting Copilot: An AI assistant that answers parenting questions, optionally using your local feeding and health log data as context
• AI Expert Report: AI-generated comprehensive analysis reports based on your logged data (Premium feature)

2.3 Nature of AI Services — Important Disclaimer

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use this App
• You must have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms
• You must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations when using the App

4. Account and Subscription

4.1 No Account Required

iFeeding does not require you to create an account. Basic tracking features and a limited number of AI analyses are available without registration or login.

Non-subscribers receive the following free lifetime usage of AI features:

Actual prices are displayed in the App in your local currency at the time of purchase.

4.4 Subscription Management

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial; you will not be charged during the trial period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then

4.5 Refund Policy

All in-app purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly. We do not process refunds independently of Apple.

5. User Data and Privacy

5.1 Local Data Storage

All baby profile information, feeding logs, and health records you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data. You may optionally enable iCloud backup to sync data across your Apple devices.

5.2 AI Feature Data Handling

• Images and videos uploaded for AI analysis are transmitted securely to Alibaba Cloud and automatically deleted after processing
• Chat messages sent to Parenting Copilot may include locally extracted log summaries to provide personalized responses
• We do not use your uploaded media or messages to train AI models
• We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes

6. User Conduct

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that is violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App or its services
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or abuse AI features
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription verification
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Use the App for commercial resale purposes without our written authorization

6.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content (photos, videos, messages) you submit through the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to upload and use the content
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• The content does not contain illegal material

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

7.1 AI Analysis Results

All AI analysis results are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI analysis results. You use these results entirely at your own risk.

7.2 Service Availability

• AI features depend on third-party cloud services (Alibaba Cloud) and require an internet connection. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
• Weather information depends on Apple WeatherKit and may not always be available
• We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions or temporary unavailability

7.3 Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services including Alibaba Cloud Bailian, Apple WeatherKit, Apple StoreKit, and Apple iCloud. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these services. Their use is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its code, design, interface, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws
• The "iFeeding" name and logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our explicit written authorization
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the App without compensation or attribution

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any harm to your child resulting from decisions made based on AI analysis results
• Any loss of data caused by device failure, iCloud issues, or third-party infrastructure
• Any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App
• Third-party service outages affecting AI feature availability

10. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• The revised Terms will be posted in the App and on our website
• The "Last Updated" date will be updated
• Material changes will be notified within the App
• Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
• If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please stop using the App

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time; deletion of the App constitutes termination of these Terms
• If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your access to features (including AI services) without prior notice
• Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court of the defendant's location.

14. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App, superseding any prior agreements
• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
• Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right
• These Terms are available in English. In case of conflict between translations, the English version prevails
